Commercial Excellence consultant for Commerzial

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of commercial advisors. As a consultant with us, you will join an entrepreneurial and ambitious team that performs versatile tasks and adds considerable value to our customers – mostly large, international b-to-b corporations.

You will be responsible for delivering and managing projects, ensuring high quality in deliveries in commercial projects of various kinds. You are well founded within marketing and sales and able to deliver high-quality solutions to commercial business challenges. We also expect you to contribute to the professionalization and development of our company by creating learning opportunities for others, and by playing an active part in strengthening our organization and service offerings. Last year we operated in +20 countries delivering our services in more than 10 languages.

Qualifications

You hold a commercially focused master’s degree (Marketing, Sales, Strategy or the alike) and have spent at least 2-3 years in consulting. You probably have +5 years’ working experience in total. Ideally, you are proficient within go-to market strategy, commercial excellence, sales and marketing. We expect you to be energetic, dedicated and passionate about leading others through transformations. Moreover, we would like you to

  • Have a proven track record of successfully driving change in behavior
  • Have a foothold in commercial strategy, methodology and frameworks
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be a strong facilitator
  • Be a great colleague as we’ll spend a lot of time together
